Attracting strategic investments is the greatest challenge of the new development policy of Greece, the primary objective and ambition being to provide a stable and transparent investment framework, procedures and administrative structures to the international and the Greek investment community, to facilitate and implement major public and private projects.

The recently voted legislation "Accelerating Implementation and Transparency of Strategic Investments" aims to create a friendly environment for investment projects that generate large-scale investments with a positive multiplying effect on GDP. Our aim is to create new jobs, modern infrastructure, networks and ultimately services to citizens, improve the economy’s competitiveness, produce innovative high-end products and establish a socially responsible and environmentally friendly business environment.
